Markus has a university degree in business economics and information technology. He joined PWC in 1997 and progressed his career at IBM specialising in strategy and management consulting before has joined the Capgemini Group in 2005. Markus has delivered major transformation programs in the Automotive industry with focus on digital excellence, consumer experience and analytics, notably at BMW Group, Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo Cars, Toyota etc.
As Executive Vice President Markus is responsible for the Global Automotive Sector at Capgemini Consulting and heading the German Automotive market unit serving OEMs and suppliers worldwide.
