Nicolas de Taeye joined Capgemini after graduating from University and rapidly became a Project Manager. Early in his career he took responsibility for the development of a Service Center for the banking and telecom sector, and contributed to the Rightshore initiative developed by Capgemini. As a Manager, he led his team to improve the understanding of client’s business issues and challenges, developing a new understanding of emerging IT trends.
He then took responsibility for the Services sector before being appointed Director for the Aeronautics sector where he focused on “the move from a product to service” approach, business models and organization transformational issues. This role led him to develop an in-depth knowledge of BtoB Customer Experience.
As Director of the Retail sector for 3 years, Nicolas then developed expertise in BtoC with involvement in digital transformation, working on the impacts of the digital revolution, in particular in the field of e-commerce.
In 2016, he created a new company, 100% owned by Capgemini, which is the sole distributor of NetSuite solutions in France. He is very connected to the start-ups and French Tech ecosystem, as well as with the ‘digital’ ecosystem in France. He is recognized as a thought leader in the field of Cloud, in particular regarding Saas solutions
